Snapbook ensures delivering the product in the highest standard. If an item is received in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t match the description on site, Snapbook will make it right. We’ll resolve the issue and reprint the order and resend them to you. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of your order and it doesn’t meet your expected outcome, we will provide a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
